I love this place! I get the chicken burrito with the added veggies (peppers & squash). Burrito is huge, I feel all the ingredients are very fresh which by the way there is a huge variety of. Even with the added veggies it was right under $15, cheaper than crap fast food inc El pollo loco which prices r insane now as well as chipotle, both with smaller portions.
This place rocked for a quick and affordable lunch. Ryan makes some incredible Nachos! The Carne asada soft tacos. Are also amazing!
Good, fast Mexican food at reasonable prices. I have been stopping here on my way to work for decades. I recommend the carnitas burritos. Order at the end of the counter and your food is assembled in front of you. Customized the way you want. Guacamole is an upcharge that is money well spent. The salsas are made fresh and all are delicious. I love the Pico de gallo. Once you have your order assembled to your satisfaction. Pay the cashier and don't forget to tip them. Solid small business with consistently good customer service. The only downside is that there's no place to eat, but that's true of all the restaurants in this strip mall. There's simply not enough space for the kitchen, food preparation, counter, register, and soda fountain for tables or chairs.
I have been coming here for a while and lately choosing this over the chipotle on Sepulveda. They are quick to attend to you and the food is always flavorful with great portions. The staff is very friendly and the place is always clean. My go to order is a chicken bowl with a calypso lemonade. Guac is extra and that's okay
Been meaning to update this review. The experiences have been much better over the past year. One of the benefits of this location is for the hundreds of LAX workers in this side of the airport. It's a convenient spot directly across from the cargo activity that lines the entire south ramp. Very each to hop on a car and pick up something for you or your crew. A burrito to go, sometimes eaten in the car, hits the spot and satisfies the hungry while boosting the energy to get you through the rest of your shift. Build your burrito or bowl from across the counter. They keep the counter clean and the food always looks fairly fresh. The burrito are flavorful and a never level off high spice. They are a favorite stop for many.
